Iris 2.0 is now live for every firm

Every firm running Iris is now on 2.0. The update shipped to every site the same day it was released, with no action required from anyone — no plugin to update, no widget snippet to swap out, no version number for an administrator to track.

For a law firm, software updates usually carry a cost: an administrator finds an evening, reads release notes, and hopes nothing breaks. We hold ourselves to a different standard for Iris. If a release requires the firm to do anything, we have not finished the release.

What your visitors will notice

The changes are on the conversation side, and they are mostly invisible by design. Questions follow the caller's story instead of a script — Iris tracks what's already been said and doesn't ask for it twice. The follow-ups are quieter and better placed. Spanish conversations read as Spanish, not as translations wearing the language, and a caller who switches languages mid-conversation is met in whichever one they're using.

What your team will notice

The morning summary keeps its format, one page in the same order. What lands in it has improved: more of what the caller actually said, and a stated reason attached to each qualification score instead of just a label — the same score, checked, with the checking now visible.

The firm dashboard gains practice-area reporting: volume, qualification rate, and month-over-month comparison, broken out by practice area instead of lumped into one running total.
